Convenient location near shops, takeaways, cafes, pubs, and a supermarket. Small double bed in a front bedroom along a main road, but traffic noise is easily forgotten. TV in room without remote, manual control at back of screen. Only room on top floor with spacious main room and bathroom. Smooth communication with owner and easy street parking.

I had a great stay at Clifton House! Upon arrival, the owner personally showed me to my room, which was clean and tidy. the towels provided smelled lovely. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a sink, tea and coffee, and a hairdryer. I particularly enjoyed my stay in the en-suite room, which had a comfortable bed and a nice seating area by the TV. the en-suite itself was clean and spacious, and the shower was fantastic. I also appreciated the unexpected bonus of a mini fridge. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the location was convenient for visiting family nearby.
